Born in New Delhi, The Food Capital of India, A Visionary in the Food and Beverage service industry from the year 1981 at the ITC Maurya & later opening the Renowned Bukhara Grill, has mastered the art of Hospitality presented towards culinary refinements satisfying the demand of every palate. Now nurturing the legacy and continuing the traditions of Indian Dining Experience.

Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Raja Jhanjee, Mr. Akshay Jhanjee, has elevated the art of catering to new heights. Akshay's keen eye for detail, combined with his relentless pursuit of perfection, has taken our menus and presentation to the next level. Arnav Jhanjee grew up surrounded by the world of hospitality, learning the ins and outs of fine dining under the mentorship of his father, Raja Jhanjee. From an early age, he was immersed in the family's esteemed restaurant business, managing their well-regarded establishments in West Caldwell, Montclair and Ridgewood, New Jersey. With a deep-rooted passion for the industry and a commitment to exceptional service, he has become a leader in the field.
